Rider Terms

Last updated: May 2026

These rider terms apply to riders, drivers, and delivery partners using Mosi's Garage rider tools and workspaces.

Eligibility and approval

Riders and drivers must submit accurate application information and required documents. Mosi may approve, reject, pause, or re-review access based on documents, safety, business needs, service area, account status, or operational concerns.

Documents pending verification

A rider may be allowed to operate while documents are pending final verification only when Mosi explicitly enables operating access. Pending documents remain subject to review and may later require correction, re-upload, or suspension.

Availability and assignments

Going online means you may receive ride, delivery, or service assignments that match your approved services. You must accept, decline, update, and complete work honestly and promptly through the rider tools.

Safety and conduct

Riders must follow traffic laws, use roadworthy vehicles, carry valid documents, communicate respectfully, protect customer information, and avoid unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior.

Tracking, status, and evidence

Mosi may collect route, location, status, timestamp, chat, photo, and operational evidence to support dispatch, customer tracking, support, incident review, payouts, and safety checks.

Payouts and adjustments

Earnings, incentives, fees, deductions, penalties, and reimbursements may depend on completed work, cancellations, disputes, service quality, timing, distance, and Mosi review.

Suspension or removal

Mosi may restrict rider access for safety issues, document problems, customer complaints, fraud concerns, payment issues, platform misuse, repeated cancellations, or legal or operational requirements.

These terms work together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
