1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Mosi's websites, customer interaction tools, booking services, and connected communication channels. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and any booking-specific conditions presented before confirmation.
2. Service scope
The platform may support rental inquiries, quotations, booking preparation, customer communication, document submission, and payment review. An inquiry, chat message, quotation, or uploaded payment proof does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
3. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after required information is complete, vehicle availability is validated, applicable payment requirements are satisfied, and authorized Mosi's personnel confirm the booking. Rates, deposits, schedules, vehicle assignments, and other terms may be governed by the final rental agreement.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
- Do not submit fraudulent documents or payment evidence.
- Protect account and communication access from misuse.
- Review the final booking and rental terms before acceptance.
5. Availability and changes
Vehicle and service availability may change until a booking is formally confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing or system errors, request clarification, offer alternatives, or refuse transactions that present legal, safety, fraud, or operational risks.
6. Intellectual property
The Mosi's name, logo, platform design, and original service content may not be copied, misrepresented, or commercially reused without permission.
