Rental Terms

These rental terms apply to vehicle rental requests, bookings, handovers, returns, extensions, and related support.
Rental eligibility
Renters must provide accurate identity, contact, license, booking, and payment information. Mosi may approve, reject, pause, or cancel a rental based on availability, documents, payment status, safety checks, or operational review.
Vehicle condition and handover
Vehicle condition, accessories, mileage, fuel or charge level, photos, signatures, and handover notes may be recorded before release and on return. You must report damage, incidents, missing items, or issues promptly.
Deposits, fees, and extensions
Deposits, rental charges, late fees, damage charges, cleaning fees, delivery charges, penalties, and extension charges may apply based on the confirmed booking, condition checks, timing, and Mosi review.
Use restrictions
Vehicles must be used lawfully, safely, and within approved terms. Unauthorized drivers, reckless use, illegal activity, misuse, tampering, sub-rental, or use outside approved areas may lead to cancellation, penalties, or account restriction.
Tracking and recovery
Rental vehicles may use GPS, telemetry, status checks, inspections, and operational monitoring for safety, recovery, support, maintenance, dispute handling, and business operations.
Return and disputes
Vehicles must be returned on time and in acceptable condition. Mosi may review return evidence, documents, photos, support records, payments, and operational logs when resolving charges or disputes.
Availability and changes
Rental availability, vehicle type, pricing, deposits, delivery options, and timing may change before a booking is confirmed. Mosi may substitute, reschedule, or cancel where needed for safety or operations.
